From Spark to Spotlight: How One Leader Found Her Perfect Fit in Jordan Essentials

A little over a year ago, I sat in a room surrounded by leaders, not knowing that one keynote speaker would light a fire in my soul. That speaker was none other than Nancy Bogart, founder of Jordan Essentials. Her words ignited something in me—a spark I couldn’t ignore.

Fast forward to today: my former company closed its doors, and I was faced with a choice. I could settle… or I could soar. I knew I wanted more than just a new opportunity—I needed a company that checked every single box:

I go on a lot of road-trips and being with Jordan Essentials gives me the opportunity to work anywhere and everywhere 24/7.

I am always excited to shared my love for the company, products, and my fabulous Tenacious Rockstars Team with everyone I meet from hotel clerks and housekeepers to waitresses, gas station attendants, and even fellow wait-liners. After having a Jordan-issue conversation with someone I hand them a goodie bag with my information, a catalog, business card, samples, and my signature “Howdy Partner” little duck.

In wait-lines, I write notes in my catalog. It’s an awesome conversation starter as on the back of the catalog I have a big sticker that says: ASK ME WHAT I’M READING. Spoiler alert—they do!

Since joining six months ago, I’ve built Team Tenacious Rockstars—a powerful team of 50 fabulous consultants and counting. We’re bold. We’re growing. And we are just getting started.

I live by two mantras:

1. “No” just means “Not Right Now.”

2. If someone says “No,” I ask, “Who do you know?”

Because here’s the truth:

As April wraps up, we’re overflowing with gratitude and excitement. April showers have indeed brought another month of joy and prosperity to Jordan Essentials, thanks to each of you sharing the JE love from coast to coast. Your energy and commitment continue to shine—and we’re just getting started!

Looking ahead, we’re counting down to Convention on August 1–2, where we’ll come together to celebrate milestones, memories, and magic as we close out the final month of our JV year.

Whether you just joined Jordan Essentials, made your very first sale, or are packing your bags for an incentive trip—we’re here to cheer you on. Celebration is part of our culture. It’s one of my favorite things about our 25-year legacy: seeing someone’s effort be recognized and dreams come to life.
