The day of my promotion I heard a new song on the radio called What If by Consumed by Fire. That song perfectly sums up this incredible journey we have all been on these past few short months. “What if jumping leads to flying and fear didn't stop me from trying. What if God's just waiting for me to start seeing how big He is, What if?” I'm so incredibly proud of Team Blessed and the community we are creating together. I'm honored to partner with each of them as we take the next step. Thank you, Jordan Essentials family for being so welcoming and encouraging. Gosh y'all! So many emotions as I write this! Happy tears are flowing and I can't stop smiling! 4 Diamond! Can you believe it?! WOW!

We just achieved this crazy big scary goal, but it did not happen overnight! It was years in the making! Not days or months but years! Some goals and things in life are absolutely worth the work. A reminder that all of our little actions add up and to never give up! And that every little time that we feel like throwing in the towel...to just stop and take a breath! Rehire ourselves and show ourselves love and grace! We'll thank ourselves later! 

Obviously this wasn't a one person promotion! It took many hands and hearts to pull this off! I will brag about my people forever, because I am so stinking proud of them! I am thankful that I have some of the best leaders and partners in our History Makers and GRIT Organizations and on my Team Grace! Hi fellow Jordies! I'm Melissa, or Missy as my close friends call me. I'm from upstate NY and am about to celebrate 20 years of marriage with my husband Jim. We have 2 amazing kids, Luke and Madeline. Luke is 13 and loves all things sports and music. Madeline is 12 and loves theatre, art and her cats. 

I'm so honored to be a part of Jordan Essentials and have an amazing upline and team to thank! When thirty-one closed their doors in December, I wasn't sure I wanted to do direct sales anymore. One zoom with Nancy and Hope changed all that and I couldn't wait to get started. 

I love these products and I'm passionate about sharing them with my family and friends. They are changing lives and even my kids are getting on board. When your teenage son tells you the products are amazing, you know you've succeeded

It’s the gift that keeps giving. I didnt know anyone in the company anymore but jumped in. A sweet southern voice called me one day (Delana Wood) and life changed. The friendships I’ve made and the lives I’ve impacted are immeasurable. My word this year was Build and building my business was part of that. Proud of my team and growing and sharing these wonderful products. Inspired by a heartfelt book that brings tears to my eyes every time I recall it - this team becomes the Day Makers.

Hi everyone! I'm Maggie Gonski from Greenfield, Indiana! I'm so thankful and honored to be celebrating a double promotion from Star 3 to Director in the month of March after just 4 months with Jordan Essentials. I'm grateful for Nancy's wise words back in January of 2024; I just have to keep telling myself, "Everything works out for Maggie." I'm also thankful for the JE community as the transition into the world of consumable products and learning how to help my customers feel better has been a little bit of a learning curve for me! On November 14, 2024, I had no idea what I was doing. Thirty-One had announced their closure three weeks before and I honestly didn't know what was next. I received messages from two of my upline leaders asking if I had heard about Jordan Essentials and that a few in our Thirty-One Sisterhood were going to "Jump in the Jordan" together. Did I want to join them?

I jumped in that day, blindly, not knowing a thing, and found out that God had orchestrated it all. He had this company perfectly positioned for us: faith-based, debt-free, authentic, life-changing, 25 years and growing.

I'm not sure how promoting to Director happened so quickly, but I am embracing the challenge. I'm still learning, and I know this is where I'm suppose to be.  I am grateful for Nancy's vision to help women create something empowering, and pray that Jordan Essentials does indeed grow to be a 100 year old company.

Hello, I’m Cathy from “the Mitten”!

This is my story of how I came to be a “Jordie” in November 2024, which was completely guided by God!

After my previous Direct Sales company closed, I found myself looking for my next adventure but wasn’t sure what God had planned for me, and so after some processing time, I decided to seek out more Faith based companies (yes, God can use a Google search! Haha).

I found a couple and God quickly narrowed it down to Jordan Essentials. I still wasn’t feeling the Lord lead me to move forward yet, so I patiently waited and prayed for Him to show me if this was indeed where I should go, and I wouldn’t make a move until He said so.

Well, shortly after that JP had invited anyone who was wondering about their next adventure to join her zoom, so I did!

I listened to her share her situation and how at Leader Summit she had a stick that she brought back and set on her desk. When she was finished sharing her story she picked up the stick and showed us and I about fell off my chair!!! It was a Jordan Essentials Skin Stick!!! I immediately got the Jesus “chills” and I knew that God had orchestrated all of this and He said my time was now!

I “jumped in the Jordan” with so many other ladies after leaving Thirty-One on November 14 and the Lord has done nothing but bless my socks off!! I was able to hit Director in such a short amount of time, and that was not something that was even on my radar! And God brought it about while I was managing Congestive Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy! God is so good to me!!

I fell in love with the products and all that they do for me and my family! Aside from removing toxic products from our home, we are finding relief for so many things. Migraines, anxiety, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Restless legs and sleep deprivation just to name a few! I am honored to walk with my team, Jordan’s Jems and share Jordan Essentials with as many people as we can!

Hi! I'm Hillary Barbati from Webster, NY!

My short time with Jordan Essentials has been so amazing and I'm so glad to have found my new home 💚. I didn't think I had it in my to start over when my previous company closed their doors - but I knew I would miss the community and connections that I had built there and many of them were continuing their journey with Jordan Essentials.

I have been in direct sales for 11 years and it has allowed me to contribute to my family income while having a flexible schedule to be there for our two kids (Enzo - 10 and Mia - almost 6) or for impromptu puppy snuggles with our Golden Retriever, Ruby. I also love that I can work from anywhere as I am also a travel advisor and love to travel a lot! (obviously!) 🌴

In Like a Lion, Out Like a... Record-Breaker!

That old saying might be true for the weather, but not for JE! We came roaring into March and just kept going—with love, style, and some serious teamwork. We’re not just breaking records—we’re doing it with heart. I’m constantly in awe of the hard work, optimism, and passion this team brings. It’s truly an honor to lead and serve such an incredible group of people.

Some of you may have heard during our JE Live that my husband Ron had a surprise quadruple bypass on March 14th. Yep—our biggest sales month in company history, and my focus had to shift in a heartbeat (pun fully intended). Life has a way of showing up unexpectedly.

The good news? Ron is doing great! He was fit, his heart was strong—it was just those sneaky arteries and veins not doing their job. He’s healing quickly, and we’re so thankful.

Meanwhile, I had to rely on something we don’t talk about enough: the power of preparation. I leaned on the amazing foundation we’ve built at JE and, most importantly, the people. The work I had done before that moment carried me through. I asked for help. I let others step up. And guess what? They did—beautifully.

Here are a few little tips I want to share with you, in case life ever throws you a curveball too—whether it's a graduation, an illness, a new baby or grandbaby, or just a moment when you need to pause:

1. Work hard now. Build a loyal customer base of raving fans who’ll keep showing up, even when you can’t.

2. Subscriptions are gold. They keep your business running—even on days you can’t.

3. Build deep relationships. Those good humans? They will show up for you.

4. Let your team lead now. That way, if you need to step away, they’re ready. People want to help—let them!

5. Stay mentally optimistic. Real optimism (not the fake kind) has been proven to help people stay healthier, happier, and bounce back stronger.

So here I am, closing out this March newsletter full of gratitude. Ron is healing, the JE community is thriving, and I am reminded once again that when we all work together, life and JE can go hand in hand.

The Power of Small Wins

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Direct Selling University (DSU) conference, and like always, it left me filled with fresh inspiration and purpose. One of the highlights was hearing from Jeff Olson, the author of The Slight Edge. His message was simple but incredibly powerful: 

Success doesn’t come from big breakthroughs. It comes from doing small things consistently and persistently over time.

That idea struck a chord with me because it’s exactly what we see in the field daily. It’s not about having a perfect party, the biggest team, or the most sales overnight. It’s about daily decisions—following up with one more customer, making one more sample, posting one more story.

The truth is, small wins add up to big change. That extra 10 minutes spent reaching out to someone, that choice to show up to a training call, or even taking the time to try a new product yourself—those are Slight Edge moments. You may not see the impact right away, but over time, they build unstoppable momentum.

At Jordan Essentials, we often celebrate big achievements (and rightfully so!), but today I want to celebrate you—the consultant who chose to keep going, who made progress this week, and who showed up even when it wasn’t easy.

Your journey doesn’t have to be fast. It just has to be forward.

Let’s keep taking small steps because together, they create a business and a life you’re proud of.
