I was first introduced to Jordan Essentials by Cathy Reichert in January 2025. At the time, I was desperately seeking relief from restless leg syndrome and poor sleep. My health was declining—I could barely walk—and I was scheduled for a hip replacement in early March. I had recently lost 140 pounds in preparation for the surgery, but I was still struggling with pain, swelling, and exhaustion.
I joined Jordan Essentials originally just to get the discount. I had heard that their products could help with sleep, so I started using the Copa Calm Lotion, Sleep Stick, and Sleep Spray. Almost immediately, I noticed a difference. My sleep improved by 3.5 hours per night, and my Apple Watch showed deeper sleep intervals—something I hadn’t experienced in years.
But the true miracle came after my surgery. Following the hip replacement, I lost all feeling in my unoperated leg. Doctors told me the severe swelling—my legs were four times their normal size—would take at least six months to go down. They also warned me that sleep would be difficult during recovery.
Determined to heal, I brought Helio with me to the hospital and used it religiously—four times a day—on both legs. To everyone’s amazement, within three weeks the swelling was gone, the feeling returned to my leg, and I was sleeping better than I had in five years. I attribute this incredible recovery to the powerful combination of Helio, Copa Calm, and the Sleep Stick and Spray.
That was the turning point for me. I became a true believer in Jordan Essentials. I started trying more products and fell in love with them all. I thought, Why wouldn’t I want to share this with others? Keeping it to myself felt like a disservice to people who might be silently suffering as I once was. Helping others feel better has become my mission.
As a professional Operational Excellence consultant, I’ve spent my life focused on improving processes and outcomes. Now, I’m building my Jordan Essentials business with the same passion, preparing for a fulfilling full-time endeavor in retirement. Working from home can sometimes feel isolating, but this business has helped me connect with others and enjoy a vibrant social life through vendor events and community engagement.
Jordan Essentials didn’t just improve my health—it gave me a new purpose, a new community, and a renewed belief in healing. I truly believe that without Helio, I wouldn’t have regained the feeling in my leg. These products transformed my life, and I’m committed to sharing them with as many people as I can.

Wow God! Incredible things happen when you continue to ask, share and do a give back as well. I partnered with our school to pack chemo care totes for our local cancer center. I reached out to businesses to help sponsor the bags and items we put inside which included skin relief and lip balm. I also had a few vendor events and a couple great parties including the copy and paste party from Boards and the texting bundle party. The Bug Box definitely helped too! I'm so thankful for the resources provided. I feel truly blessed to get to help others in this incredible journey.

May brought the heat—and not just with the weather! On the very last day of the month, Jordan Essentials celebrated the single largest sales day in company history. What’s even more special? It happened on the final day of our 25th promotional year. Talk about going out with a bang!
I’m still soaking it in—how amazing is that?
As we travel through our 25th year, I can’t help but reflect on the journey. I remember setting big goals in the early days of Jordan Essentials—ones that felt just out of reach. Month after month, we’d put in the work, rally the team, and… sometimes miss. It was disheartening. But I never stopped believing in our mission, and I never stopped showing up.
What got me through the challenges was a combination of visualization, gratitude, and surrounding myself with a community who shared the vision. And it’s the same formula that can help you reach your own record-breaking moments.
Here are three keys I believe every successful Jordie should hold close:
1. Mindset
Your thoughts shape your path. Stay focused on solutions, not setbacks. Instead of saying, “This is hard,” try, “I’m learning something new.” Visualize the win before it happens. Speak life over your business and believe in the impact you’re making.
2. Adaptability
This industry—and life—are full of curveballs. The Jordies who thrive are the ones who adapt. When a plan changes or something flops, learn, shift, and try again. Be open to new tools, new strategies, and fresh ways to connect with your customers.
3. Longevity
Building a lasting business takes time. There will be ups and downs, but the key is staying in the game. Consistency compounds. Each follow-up, each class, each conversation—it all adds up. Stay connected to your “why,” and let it carry you forward.
As we celebrate 25 years of Jordan Essentials, let this be your reminder: your biggest success might be just one day away. The last day of May proved that anything can happen when you keep showing up with purpose and passion.
