Diamond Director

July 2021 will forever be a #bestever in our JE Journey. Stuff like this goes far beyond any title next to MY name alone - and my Jordie Nation girls deserve a HUGE shout out for their hard work, inspiration and the ones really making it happen. My Jordie Nation girls ROCK!

At JV 2017  (just a few months into this new adventure) I walked the stage as a new Director! Wahoo! That’s awesome, considering I wasn’t even going to join. My Mom encouraged me to do it, became my first teammate and cried like a baby when my teammates live streamed me walking the stage as Director to her at home. They secretly planned it and when I got back to my chair…. let’s just say, that experience cemented my place here. I could never leave. These are my people  At JV 2018, someone said “Dream BIG! What is your BIG goal?” and Diamond Director Team went to the top of my list. No specific reason, other than big goals are a challenge, and HUGE celebrations are FUN! I’m a tad impatient, so I figured we’d have that done in no time…. little did I know it would take me a LONG time!

By JV 2019, Diamond Director Team had been on my monthly goals sheet for 12 months. Who writes a goal down 12 times in a row and doesn’t get there? ME! I was learning, we were growing, but it was not our time yet. And then came 2020… eeek. I’m also a Registered Nurse in charge of a Covid Testing & Vaccine Clinic. 2020 probably should have derailed any plans I had to grow my business…. but it was quite the opposite. My JE team became my lifeline when the days got too hard. They probably don’t even know, but they pulled me through some of the darkest days of my life. It strengthened my belief that I was in the right place, with the right people - and the right time would come.

Diamond Director Team ended up living at the top of my goal sheet for 36 months. 36! Enough was enough LOL - let’s do this thing already!! When that wheel on the Back Office dashboard tipped over to show Dusti’s Director Title, wow! My dashboard wheel showed Diamond Director 100%... and I honestly was not sure what to do. There were no words - no small feat if you know me! I sent ALL the fireworks to their inboxes! Let the celebration begin!!

Long story short: DO. NOT. EVER. GIVE. UP. Big goals don’t always need big, noble reasons. Big goals are sometimes just FUN. They also might sit at the top of your list for 36 months. Don’t worry about that - YOU CAN DO IT - no matter how long it takes

Director

I am so unbelievably grateful and thrilled to become a Director! This title is in no way possible without my team of Rock Stars and my ever encouraging leaders. I didn't really expect this promotion to happen so quickly after just hitting Associate Director last month, but we really do RISE as we lift each other up. My team and leaders showed me in July that we are shooting for the moon!! I am beyond excited for my team to grow and flourish as we set and reach our goals together. I am grateful daily for this amazing company that makes it easy to share because once you try the products, you are a believer and you really can't help but want to tell the world. Nothing makes my day like a customer testimony or a team member reaching a milestone, big or small, and with Jordan Essentials, those awesome moments happen regularly. Jordan Essentials is more than just a company; it is a way of life, a mind set for growth and success, and a community of support. Use the tools available, stay consistent, make your goals, don't be afraid to reach out, and most importantly, never give up on your dreams.

Director

This opportunity was shared with me by long time friend and mentor Karen Simpson, when she introduced me to Nancy in October of 2017. I have worked my business around a real time job, children, grandchildren and aging parents. I was blessed in April of 2021 when my real time employer no longer needed my services after 23 years. The first person I called was Karen and in 45 minutes we had a plan for success. I think she was more excited than I was. Each month since April of 2021 has been bigger and better than the last and giving me the ability to focus on my team, where we are going and how we are getting there.

I'm definately excited that events and in-home get-togethers are happening and I love talking face to face with people. I really enjoy "people-ing" and have been given products that "help". I also LOVE the trainings and incentives that Nancy gives us, and I’m focusing on each of those! I am also currently focusing on NOT returning to the 40 hour job world. I do have my heart set on taking my FIRST Incentive Trip with JE and taking my team mates with me.

Reaching the top is not a footrace. Focus on what you need and where you want to go. Stay steady, consistant and you to shall reach the top. We have been given wonderful products and an opportunity to help others. Use both of those and you will go far. I have learned that the real world does not cheer you on when you are close to your goals, but your team and JE family will.

Director

I learned about Jordan Essentials last year just after the COVID shut-downs. I thought about trying out the products for awhile, then when I finally went in to make my purchase...I thought, “Why not just try a kit?” At the time, I was a stay at home Mom looking for healthy products for my family and I know so many others like me! I’m so glad I did since the kit had items in it I wasn’t planning to purchase, but became some of my favorites!

I shared the products on the internet and scheduled some FB parties. I slowly grew my clientele and signed up a few gals to join me in this journey. As I hit the different Jumps and received my Silver Key, I still wasn’t even thinking about earning the trip or ranks until my director pointed out how close I really was!

I was able to earn the trip to Clearwater by working with my director. In the process, I became an Associate Director and thought I’d be happy with that. Then, my little team grew like gangbusters, and BAM I hit Director!

Be sure to keep your eyes on the prize even though your nose is to the ground. Talk with your upline about your goals, and you will be able to find out that you CAN do better than you think!

Associate Director

I joined Jordan Essentials in February of 2020 at the very beginning of the pandemic. I was researching non-toxic products after experiencing a major health issue and was impressed. I actually fell in love with the Company first and the product second. After many years of working in sales I felt I could put my passion into this business and make a huge difference for myself and others. I am so very glad I took the leap. I also enjoyed my first incentive trip this year and plan to make it a yearly goal. All these things are not possible without all the wonderful support we receive from the company, our leaders and fellow Jordies.

On a personal note, I have been married to my husband Tim for 33 years and we have two sons Cody and Casey. We are also expecting our first grandchild in six weeks and are over the moon.

Life can't get much better when you're a Jordie!

Associate Director

I started my journey the end of January of this year and it has been an amazing one.

The support I receive from my JE family is ongoing. I learn something new all the time that helps grow my business. It’s so refreshing to be a part of a family that encourages growth and is so willing to teach and share.

I have to thank my support from Stars family. Vanessa and Susan are a lifeline for me. Also, I can’t forget my team. If it wasn’t for all their hard work I couldn’t have jumped from a Star 1 up to an Associate Director in one day. We set goals and made them happen! I can’t wait to see what August brings, and yes we are working towards moving up to a Director!

I have been waiting to relaunch my business due to "family comes first." Along the way I had been planting seeds and sharing our fabulous products with customers and friends. After Jordanvention I came home with a whole new outlook on myself and my business, where I wanted to be and what I wanted to achieve. The Dead Sea salts are a favorite among my customers. The benefits of using the salts help people. I am want people to feel better. The benefits of all the products with JE are fantastic. I never feel like I sell. I educate people on what the products can do for them. They are always skeptical at first but it’s the trying of the product that get people hooked on the salts, lotions and the essential oils. When people feel better than I feel like I did my job!!! It’s hard to find products without chemicals that are affordable. I tell people less is more. You don’t need to over use the products. It won’t help you any faster. Remember to keep it simple sweetie!!!

The New Jordan year is here!

We kicked off so much in July for our New Year. Be sure and check out the special edition of Jordan Time Jordanvention edition.

We kicked off with a lot of opportunities and I wanted to share a few ways you can really max out those opportunities and your paycheck!

1. Know your perks. We have so many perks going on during the month and the JV year kick-off is a great time to build your business and build your JE logo swag! Check out the JumpStart Challenge to get your Making a Difference T-shirt and tote for just doing your biz! Usually, only new Jordie's can get one but we made a way for you to get yours for only $10 but it ends August 16!

2. Show up! If it is training night, get on the training call. If your team has a mega party, invite a host and guests.

3. Believe: We always say believe to succeed but it is true. What you tell yourself you believe. If you think you can build an amazing customer base, team and bookings then you will because your focus becomes your path. You may need to learn some skills but if you think you can you can!

4. Know that it takes work: Do not give up if you hit a roadblock. Find a way around by looking up! Yes, look up to your sponsor, director, and team leaders. They have all been there done that very thing you are trying to work through.

5. Use the Vision Card for Jordies. We post it each month as a simple tool to help you know what all of the JE opportunities are each month. Fill out the worksheet and share it with your sponsor.

You can make this August all you want it to be. I know each month brings new challenges but it also brings new opporutnities.
